1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Daily Share (the "Service"), a mobile-first web app that helps small businesses create marketing posters and videos using AI. The Service is operated by Daily Share, a sole proprietorship based in India ("Daily Share", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What Daily Share does
Daily Share acts as your personal marketing assistant. You tell it about your business and what you want to promote, and it generates posters and videos using AI. The look, wording, and quality of generated content depends on the information you provide and on third-party AI providers. You are responsible for reviewing every poster or video before you publish or share it.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create or share content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, hateful, or that violates the rights of others. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to generate content that breaches any applicable law.
5. Your content and generated output
You retain ownership of the business details, logo, and text you provide. You receive the right to use the posters and videos generated for you to promote your own business. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you generate and share complies with the law and does not infringe anyone else's rights — including trademarks, copyrights, and image rights.
6. Plans, credits and payments
Daily Share offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide a set number of credits each month that you use to generate posters and videos. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are final; Daily Share is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; by purchasing a plan you authorise the applicable charge. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Daily Share name, logo, software, and design are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our brand assets except as needed to use the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, so please review it carefully before sharing. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Daily Share will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
