Refunds & Cancellations

1. Overview
Daily Share is a digital subscription service. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your monthly credits are added to your account immediately so you can start generating posters and videos right away. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
2. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR) and renew automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep access to your plan and remaining credits until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after that.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription any time from Settings → Subscription inside the app, or by emailing us at hello.dailyshare@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
4. Refunds
Because credits and generated content are delivered to you instantly, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the Service, or you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
5. Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged more than once for the same plan, or a payment was deducted but your plan was not activated, contact us with the payment details. Verified duplicate or failed-activation charges are refunded to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
6. Credit expiry
Monthly credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over to the next month. Unused credits are not refundable as cash.
